In that time I've managed dozens of individual pallet accounts, with a primary focus on dispute follow-up, reconciliation, audits and equipment recovery, for businesses of every size, from a small confectionery supplier through to multinational logistics partners.
If the field has taught me one thing, it's this: pallet control is simple in theory, but if you don't adhere to the basics, it'll get complicated very quickly.
